For a professional, such as a lawyer or accountant, who regularly provides advice to clients over the phone, the service will provide transcripts and file notes of the conversation which can be logged and emailed to the client. Eventually, Phonetix will provide real-time voice recognition in-call, meaning that the service could provide contextually aware search results on screen during the conversation.
